Despite the not so good pictures. It would be better if you could post an overall pic of the machine front on or something. That Cintiversal looks like it has a Cincinatti toolmaster head on it. Cinci made some of the best milling machines ever. Their Toolmaster was their answer to the bridgport. It was a Bridgeport on Steroids.

You are talking a serious machine though, 4 hp, 40 taper spindle, all powerfeed and something like in the 5000lb range.
