Today my Surface Pro 4 has been vibrating and making this awful sound whenever I do some heavy work on it, the fan seems like it is grinding on the laptop as seen here.. My temporary fix is to tap the laptop which would temporary stop the buzzing, until it would come later again when i'm playing games or video editing.
