Why do hollow grinds still exist? | EDCForums

Since Victorinox is the worlds largest manufacturer of pocket knives, and Opinel is the second largest maker, I don't understand why the hollow grind does still exist. It is proven by both Victorinox and Opinel that the convex and flat grind can be made in huge numbers at low cost. #5 jackknife, Aug 1, 2015.
