Idk yet, I also didn't get any seeds from peas.. and for notoginseng I got 2k notoginsengs but only 2 seeds..maybe they drop very rare. Saw the same pattern for knotweed.. I think they are ment to be hard to farm. Also If u find seeds, make sure u keep the soil propreties above 0 so you get Perfect harvest, otherewise you won't get your seeds back.
