The problem with dressing with stone is that I, personally, will eventually get an "out of round" shape. I guess it's because of my shaking hands but I am fortunate to have a metal Lathe that I use to reshape wheel when necessary. I had to make a simple fixture, with retaining nut, to hold wheel, and I use a diamond point to cut.
